High Knob Confers EA Degree
Jim Cornett, Jonathan Cornett, Jeff Allen
High Knob Lodge #697 conferred the Entered Apprentice Degree on candidate Jonathan Cornett during their regular communication Monday January 26, 2005.
Jeff Allen, Master of Oneida Lodge #736 was the acting Master during the First Section. Following the First Section the lodge elected and installed the five main officers of the lodge. Jim Cornett was elected Master, Ed Harris was elected Senior Warden. Other officers elected and installed were: James Creech, Junior Warden; Jerry McWhorter, Treasurer; and Jim Wilson Secretary.
Following a potluck meal the second and third section were conferred by Jim Wilson, Past Master, with Jonathan's Dad, Jim in the Master's chair.

High Knob Confers Master Mason Degree
High Knob Lodge #697 Free and Accepted Masons confered the Master Mason degree during their regular stated communication Monday night February 27, 2006.
Jonathan Cornett received the third degree of Masonary with his father, Jim Cornett in the Master's seat in the east. A large crowd from several area lodges were in attendance.
The degree featured the first performance of the "Lecture of the Skull" by Jim Wilson in over three years.
High Knob Lodge meets each last Monday night. Jim Cornett, Master, urges all members and invites all Master Masons to attend.
