Wedding Opens Eyes of Missionary to Needs in the Pacific Northwest
ANDY BROWN discovered the need for gospel-preaching churches in metro Seattle when he visited the region in 2012 to perform a wedding. That weekend God began to impress on Andy the need for new churches in western Washington. In January 2013 Andy and his family moved to Bothell, Wash., to start The Landing Church. In January 2015, he started another at Pike Street Market in downtown Seattle. Your gifts given through the Cooperative Program help Andy and his wife, TRANG, serve the people of metro Seattle. Please pray that the Lord would draw people to Himself in the Pacific Northwest using missionaries like Andy.
A lifestyle, characterized by good management, is a balanced lifestyle. As Christians, we manage what God provides for us and seek to balance the number of things accumulated and consumed with the amount we give to God and to others.
The preceding "Missionary Moment" was made possible by gifts to the Southern Baptist Association Cooperative Program, which is supported by several Clay County churches who are members of the Booneville Baptist Association which consists of 25 churches in Clay and Owsley counties which are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and the Kentucky Baptist Convention.
