He was born on Thursday, September 20, 1951 at the Oneida Hospital in Oneida, Kentucky to the union of Luther and Annie Hooker Gibson. He was a heavy equipment operator in the Coal Mines and a veteran of the United States Army.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Debra Harris Gibson, his daughter: Brandi Nicole Gilley and her husband Michael and his son: Lucas Ryan Gibson and Crystal Broughton as well as his grandchildren: Bentley Ryan Gibson, Khloe Nicole Gibson and Bella Rose Gibson. Also surviving are his brothers and sisters: Blaine Gibson, Grant Gibson, Johnny Gibson, Wendell Gibson, Judy Gregory, Wanda Johnson, Helen Goodman, Thelma Smith, Juanita Napier, Brenda Landon, Dorothy Gibson, and Elsie Brumley.

Billy Ray Burns was born on Sunday, April 11, 1943. He departed this life on Sunday, February 11, 2018 surrounded by family and friends at his home. In Life, he was in the United States Army serving in Vietnam where he was a P.O.W. for 45 days. Once he returned to civilian life he had many ventures from coal miner, construction worker, car dealer, auto repair and finally retiring as a truck driver. He was a devoted husband, father; grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He is preceded in death by his mother Mary Brumley, his father Woodrow Burns and his brother: Albert Brumley. He is survived by his wife of 49 years: Janice Curry Burns, his son: Douglas Burns and his wife Katina of Manchester, Kentucky and his daughter: Robyn Alsip and her husband Eric of London, Kentucky. Mrs. Patricia Rae Foster, age 71 of Manchester departed this life on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky. She was born on Tuesday, September 24, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio to the union of Ray and Dee Yount Call. She was retired from Lexis-Nexis as an information Specialist, a member of the Manchester Woman’s Club, a member of Moose Lodge and a member of the Red Hat Society.
She leaves to mourn her passing her husband: Taylor Foster, Jr. and her children: Vonda Currier, Mark Foster and Jonathan Foster. Also surviving are her grandchildren: Stacie Wallace, Shawn Curtis, Sara Curtis, Samantha Buck, Shannon Stamper, Amber Meadows, Kristin Foster, Zack Foster, Mandy Foster, Laney Foster and Kenneth Karlly, 15 Great Grandchildren and her sisters: Tammy Hogg and Suzy Mowrry.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Mary (Estep) Branstutter and two children: William Morgan Branstutter and William Kyle Branstutter; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; 5 brothers and sisters: Olan Branstutter of Franklin, IN; Wilburn Branstutter, Willa Mae Williams, Bonnie Faye Hicks and Charlotte Bowling all of Manchester; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Benjamin and Iva Lee Branstutter and 1 sister: Sudie Grubb.

He was a veteran of the United States Army where he served in Vietnam and Korea.
