Booker Tee Paul Henson
March 13, 1990 - June 18, 2007
With a great joy a Firstborn son, Booker Tee Paul Henson, was born to his blessed parents Kenny and Paula Henson on the unforgettable date of Tuesday March 13, 1990 in Hammond, Indiana. Though seemingly like a vapor, he lived a treasurable and wonderful 17 years, 3 months, 5 days, 12 hours and 42 minutes. On Monday, June 18, 2007, Booker reached Gloryland with open arms, where his new home with our blessed Savior Jesus Christ. While shaking with prophets of old, and family and friends of young and old, Booker now lives in a better place, with a new address. Booker claimed and announced his calling of becoming a Pentecostal Preacher, and was fulfilling that call. He worked at Arby's in London, Kentucky. He was known for his gentle and polite stature. He never had an enemy. His heart was filled with love for God, his family and friends, and for his car and sports. Cut short were his plans for college following this, his senior year at North Laurel High School.
Besides the great many wonderful friends Booker has left behind a tremendous, unexplainable, grieving sympathy is felt by his remaining family, which include Papaw and Mamaw: Cecil "Tbo" and Ruby Henson of Gary Indiana, Nancy "Granny" McCooley of Hammond, Indiana, his big sister, Chasity and her husband June Mills and his nieces, Jasmine, Timber, and Raven Mills, his big sister, Venessa Lee Henson, younger brothers, Clayton Cash, and Caleb Tbo Henson, and his special princess sister, M'Kenna Jade "MJ" Henson, all of East Bernstadt, Kentucky. He was celebrated in at 4pm on his mother's birthday, June 21st at London Funeral Home. He was laid to rest at a special place picked by his Papaw, in Smith's Cemetery in Manchester, KY.
All people that knew Booker knows that his greatest desire was to see people receive salvation from Jesus Christ. May his legacy live on and his wish bring people from everywhere to join him one day in Heaven.
Love Ya Booker, Uncle “Mayor”
