“More Gun Control by Obama” Mr. Obama is at it again. Using the several attacks by gunmen across the nation last More Gun Control by Obama1year as his reason, he is reportedly about to issue an executive order which would further strip from us our right to have weapons to defend ourselves. Aside from the fact he is violating the Constitution by issuing executive orders to do what only our Congress would have the power to do (and that only if the people approved an amendment against guns which the Congress had drafted) Mr. Obama is disagreeing with the Bible in trying to disarm the citizens of this nation. Secondly, he is disagreeing with our Founding Fathers on whether we have the right to bear arms as citizens. And thirdly, he is siding with dictators like Adolf Hitler, when he works to disarm us. So what does the Bible say about the right to defend one’s body against an attacker? On the night Jesus was arrested, He told his disciples, Click below to read or listen to the entire article:

“America’s Most Recent National Revival” The last time America had a move of God that was nationwide was over 150 years ago. Since that time the growing darkness of secularism, founded in Americans gradually believing the lie that we are god—and that the life that has our name attached to it is ours—has brought more and more darkness to us. It definitely looks like we are going to destroy ourselves. America's Most Recent National Revival1Is there any hope for our nation? There definitely is! And His Name is Jesus Christ! But we will never make our nation a candidate for His deliverance until we, as a majority of individuals in this land, surrender these lives completely to Him. That would bring the awareness of His Presence to us in such a real way that we could hear His voice again. That would let us work with Him in the revival he wants to give to us. Perhaps you’re thinking, “That can’t happen in these last days”, or “Wrong is too much in control, we can’t turn it back now.” These are favorite statements of the spirit of unbelief that walks this land. But neither the “last days” nor the growing darkness can keep the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Godhead, from doing anything here that He chooses. “Hope From Past Revivals” Never have we seen a time in America that was so morally debased. The homosexual agenda is bent on erasing every vestige of Christianity from our culture. Their socialist ideas permeate the media and the tax-supported education institutions throughout the land. Is there any hope of a return to moral sanity? Yes, there is! But it can only come in a heaven-sent, Christ-honoring revival in our personal, family, church, and national lives. God’s promise is plain: “If My people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
If we as Christians will “turn” (not just talk) God will send revival. And revival always restores Biblical morality. God has done this in our past in America. He wants to do it again! Click below to read or listen to the entire article:

“Obama’s Gun Control Invites More Killings” Thomas Sowell is one of my favorite political analysts, and the fact that he happens to be of African descent makes his exposing of Mr. Obama’s lies even more pertinent. He gave a glowing analysis of Mr. Obama’s theatrical performance last month when he announced his executive orders to further control gun ownership. I want to quote from Mr. Sowell extensively today because he lays out in such simple terms the foolishness of gun control. He writes, “Those who have been marveling at Donald Trump’s political showmanship were given a reminder of who is the top showman of them all, when…Barack Obama went on television to make a pitch for his unilateral actions to restrict gun sales and make a more general case for tighter gun-control laws…As political theater, it put Donald Trump’s rantings in the shade…As for the substance of what Obama said, there was very little substance, and much of it false…" Click below to read or listen to the entire article:

Liberty Has Lost a Friend America has lost one of her best friends of liberty. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead at a West Texas resort. Appointed by President Reagan, Scalia was respected by both friend and foe on the Court. His ability to reason from the original intent of the Constitution by America’s Founders made him one of the best ever Supreme Court Judges. His ability to dismantle liberal, “smokescreen” arguments made him the feared enemy of liberal attorneys. He was one of two great champions on the Court for the truth of the Biblical positions on life in the womb, marriage, and religious liberty. With Scalia, the law, as our Founders gave it, applied to all. He literally changed the direction the court had been going before his appointment in the mid 1980’s by exposing the foolishness of interpreting law by what was called “legislative history.” His aim was always to stand by the Founders’ original intent for the Constitution. Few attorneys think like him today. It will take a work from God to give someone like him to fill his place on the Court. Click below to read or listen to the entire article:

“Why God Made Man – Part 1” Jesus has been hanging for six hours on a rough, Roman cross. His body is wracked with pain, His mind oppressed by forces both natural and spiritual. Suddenly, with a cry of triumph, He lifts His voice and declares, “It is finished!” The air resounds with the declaration! There’s a finality about it. All creation is suddenly arrested with the awareness that a most important work is now completed. But what was finished? What work was now completed? Why God Made Man_Part 1The clause “It is finished”, in the Greek language in which Jesus spoke it, means to reach a goal. It also means to pay a debt in full, so that the books balance. Jesus had reached His goal of paying our debt. But to understand the “debt” Jesus was paying, we must revisit the scene in the Garden of Eden: When God begins to work with a pile of dust. He carefully shapes it into the form of a man. Once this human body is finished to perfection, God “blows” His own breath into the nostrils of this pile of clay. All of a sudden, the form moves! Light comes to its eyes! It gets up and stands erect like God. I can see Father God turning to the rest of His creation and saying, “This is man. He is made in Our image, after Our likeness, to have dominion over all creation.” (Genesis 1: 26-28) At that point every animal, plant, and element bowed in submission to their newly appointed ruler. “Why God Made Man – Part 2” Think of the potential: Adam had the possibility of being a dwelling place for his Creator! God—the Almighty—wanted to take up residence inside Adam. He wanted to fill man’s mind with His mind. He wanted to fill man’s will with His will. God wanted to fill our emotions with His feelings. Man had the opportunity to be the channel through which God could flow to the world. But God has never been into making robots. He wanted man to choose Him to be his life. He wanted a relationship with man in which man made the choice to allow God to come inside him and express His life through him. This was the reason for the two trees. As the Scripture declares, “And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.” Genesis 2:9
God placed two trees in the Garden for the purpose of allowing man a choice as to whether he would receive the life of God as that which would indwell him—be his energy, his life. He would not force his way into our hearts, raping and wounding us so as to prevent our being able to return His love. He would woo us by showing us Himself. He came to walk with Adam daily in the garden so mankind could learn how God thinks. In those times of sharing, God revealed His mind to Adam and listened to Adam’s heart. It was designed, in time, to bring Adam to think as God Himself thinks. Thus, a covenant (which means “a meeting or agreement of minds” in Noah Webster’s 1828 Dictionary) could be established between them and God would begin to flow through Adam to all creation. “Why God Made Man – Part 3” In the Garden of Eden God placed two trees which He named. What we as man did with those two trees would determine all the rest of history. Besides the Tree of Life, there was another Tree in that Paradise: The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. This tree represented the opposite way of life. This way of living would be motivated by what happened outside of man. Instead of being inspired by the moving of the Life of God deep within him, if he chose to eat of this tree man would be rejecting God’s offer to come inside him and be his life. He would be choosing a way in which he would make his own decisions, instead of allowing the flowing will of God to come through him. Click below to read or listen to the entire article:

“God Shows Us What’s Right—And What’s Wrong” When we as mankind chose to eat of the wrong tree in the Garden of Eden, we lost our opportunity to be what God created us to be. We “sinned and [fell] short of the glory of God.” We could no longer be a vessel of the life of God. Is the noble dream of man being a vessel God could flow through lost forever? Is all possibility of man intimately knowing his Creator gone for eternity? Is man hopelessly lost? Well, yes—and no! Looking at man’s situation from the human perspective, he is hopelessly lost. He is filled with the selfish attitude of, “I want what I want when I want it.” No one could pay man’s debt of one perfect life which was owed to God; no one would be able to break the cycle and come up with a perfect life. Thus, from man’s viewpoint, there was no hope… Click below to read or listen to the entire article:

“God Invades Human Flesh” Part One History really is just “His Story”—that is—God’s Story. And we are about to see His reason for everything He’s done in this earth—including creating America. The most important part of God’s whole plan is about to be revealed. The unveiling of this centerpiece of “His Story” begins in an obscure village in Palestine called Nazareth. An unknown young maiden is startled one day by a visit from an angel who identifies himself as being no less than Gabriel himself. He tells Mary (for that was her name) that she will have a child and that this child will be called “the Son of the Most High” (Luke 1:32). It was further revealed to her perplexed fiancé, Joseph, that, “She shall bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, because He will save His people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21). Mary is shocked! She? Bear the long-awaited “Anointed One”? She was to give birth to the One Who would pay man’s debt to God? She was to bring into this world the One Who would fix what we had messed up in the Garden of Eden? This seemed incredible! Yet, the credibility of this mighty angel standing before her is hardly debatable. Click below to read or listen to the entire article:

“God Invades Human Flesh” Part Two s it possible to live in this present world the way God created us to live? Did God forgive our sin when we were born again just so we could “go to heaven when we die”? Did Jesus come to earth to live as God’s Son, or as the Son of Man? He most definitely was God’s Son—and yet He was unmistakably a man. He had to eat, rest, and sleep just like all other men. He laughed and wept just as all humans have since the dawn of creation. He had to manage money and relate to relatives. Yet the peace and confidence with which He did it all was amazing. It was as if He wasn’t weighted down as others were. He talked about His Father and His Spirit in such a familiar way that They seemed close, not far off in an unreachable heaven. His followers would later come to recognize this uniqueness as the very fulfillment of what God intended man to be all along. Click below to read or listen to the entire article:
