Fight Cancer
If you have been diagnosed with breast cancer, the following lifestyle changes can help your body to fight the cancer:
Stop eating red meat and dairy products The saturated fat in red meat can increase one's risk of cancer, and feeds the the tumor. Dairy products usually contain growth hormones, which can potentially promote the growth of tumors.
Drink your water distilled The distillation process is said to remove all possible cancer promoting agents.
Avoid Alcohol and Tobacco Drinking alcohol is said to increase your risk of developing breast cancer as well as increase a tumor's growth rate. Inhalation of tobacco smoke creates free radicals that can cause cancer. It also burns up anitoxidant vitamins, which protect against cancer, as well as weaken the immune system.
Exercise Mild aerobic exercise, such as walking, stimulates the immune sytem and oxygenates the body.
Stress Reduction Mental stress weakens the immune system. Reduce your stress by taking a hot shower; listening to calming music; spending time focusing on a single thought; or by increasing physical intimacy with your partner - even if it's just hugging and cuddling.
