When our bodies are full of toxins we are tired, moody and find it difficult to cope with life's problems. Emotions like worry, stress and unforgiveness can make our bodies acidic and can cause illness like arthritis, spastic colon, migraines, cancer and wrinkles. Take time out in your busy day and reflect on how you feel about things that have happened to you in the past. It helps to keep a journal and write it down, you'll be surprised how this helps you to off load. You cannot change the past but you have control over how you feel about it. Learn to be gratefull for small things in life, for without them the big things are empty. Meditate on some positive sayings or read personal growth books. Sit up straight and inhale slowly, hold it, exhale slowly, hold it. Do this ten times. Make sure you get enough sleep. It is your body's way to repair damage done during the day and important during a detox.
