team play what is the head coach duties

the clay county tradition is to win the regional ever year but this don't help the coach duty is why do i say that is because clay is suppose to have a good team every year and we got good players coming evry so here goes:
1. clay county coach must motivate the players so that they win the regional and maybe the state.
2. coach may take care of all games that his/her play in this include all tournment games and seasons.
3. the game itself include if a fan get out of hand and call game security to take over.
4. talked to players who is having trouble with their grade card or other problems they may have.
5. parents: this is important if a player is having problem in school or may have team problems so it may be corrected before it may involve in a lost or win of that ballclub.
6. to hired all assistants, mangers, clock operater and game played.
7. see the over operate of get officals for that game this maybe the athletic director job also.
8. get out the word about game callcel and notfly the khsaa sighing offical for that game.
9. contact the medical personell so that if something happened during the game be needing.
10. contact radio station see that game is not to be play or play.
this is only ten reason a head coach do in his duties ever day and if this coach is not working with the school system it very hard to do most of this time is during practice or he culd assign it to a assisitant to do that job. assistants boss is the head coach and could be assign these duties.
